	warm up's are an important part of your programme/training session. a good warm up will always generally lead to a productive session.

	here are some tips....................

	1 - be sure to gradually warm up, making sure you give your body every oppertunity to distribute blood to the working muscles. do not rush your body. especially if you are planning to do a heavy resistance session or activity of high intensity.

	2 - dynamic stretches are a great tool in gaining that flexibility edge....]]></description>
